I have worked in the jewellery industry for about 10 years, working under a qualified individual who taught me all I need to know to provide excellent services, build trustworthy relationships and give the correct advice. My knowledge is a ladder that I am still climbing to be able to help my customers with their necessary questions.
02 - You need to be able to trust your jeweller, just like you trust your doctor or a mechanic. If they were not recommended to you, make sure there is an abundance of consistent years of reviews for the jeweller so that you know others have been happy (or upset) with their experiences.
