They asked for a luxe, fairytale experience complete with white on white welcome party, a gourmet rehearsal dinner, and an over the top custom ceremony imaged in AI and brought to life with a trio of chandeliers and hanging drapes. The reception was dark, moody, and luxurious with black carpet and draping, along with custom centerpieces made of towering crystal candelabras wrapped in white roses and orchids. The bride wore several dresses throughout the weekend from Walter Mendez and Leah DaGloria. Entertainment was provided by the Jordan Kahn Orchestra, and our afterparty took place at LIV Beach. Over a meticulous three-day build, our high-end creative team transformed raw ballrooms into a black-and-white glamorous dreamscape, laying custom draping, luxe carpeting, and bespoke seating to craft an opulent ambience that whispers exclusivity and modern elegance. From sunrise rigging of towering installations to late-night lighting cues, every moment was choreographed to celebrate life, luxury, and, above all else, love. Our all-star vendor roster brought this vision to life: Flowers by Edgar, headed by Edgar and Nicki, delivered sculptural florals and décor, Rental Avenue provided custom carpet, draping, and chairs, and Encore Global engineered cutting-edge lighting and AV. Nicole Hubbs Photography and StoryBox Cinema videography captured each exquisite detail, while M Place Pro Productions crafted a dynamic BTS film and Royal Films amplified content creation. Live performances by Haley Reinhart and the Jordan Kahn Orchestra set the tone, followed by an exclusive after-party at LIV Nightclub. Behind the scenes, master beauty teams led by Christian & Jose, Andrew St. Andrew, Rosie, Michael, and Izzy ensured every guest felt radiant, and LDD Designs & She Paperie curated bespoke stationery.
