Luxe Wedding at Wynn Las Vegas by Wedding Planner Andrea Eppolito
My client’s wedding at the exclusive Wynn Resort in Las Vegas was a truly unforgettable event, designed with a focus on warmth, luxury, and personalized touches. Tasked with creating an environment that was as intimate as it was opulent, we were honored to bring their vision to life while maintaining the utmost discretion regarding their private moments.
The ceremony and reception took place in a space that was transformed into a lush, elegant dream. Towering 16-foot custom-built green trees anchored the design, with 5-foot tall chandeliers cascading from their branches, illuminating the room with a soft, romantic glow. The chandeliers, meticulously placed, created a stunning juxtaposition between grandeur and nature, each one acting as a beacon of light beneath the stunning green canopy.
Suspended from the ceiling were roses and delicate white orchids, giving the illusion that flowers were falling from the sky. This ethereal detail, coupled with the natural textures of wood throughout the space, enveloped the room in a sense of warmth and organic beauty. The result was a setting that felt both luxurious and inviting—perfect for an intimate gathering of the couple’s closest family and friends.
In addition to the breathtaking decor, the entertainment for the evening was as memorable as the design. A Frank Sinatra impersonator serenaded the guests for an hour, capturing the timeless elegance of Old Vegas. Adding to the spectacle, showgirls dressed in black and gold made a glamorous appearance, giving a nod to the classic Vegas aesthetic but with a refined, modern twist.
